Take in panoramic mountain scenery as you taste Middle Ridge wines on this beautiful 200-acre camping preserve. And if you haven’t experienced the Middle Ridge Signature Aroma Table, this is the place to do it!
What’s an aroma table? No, it’s not a table that smells good (a nice idea, though!). It’s a way of learning to identify aromas in wine. Based on standards developed at UC-Davis, you’ll smell and come to know what key lime smells like in white wine, black cherries in red wine … almost 2 dozen in all!
$12 per person. Includes hors d’oeuvres and the wonderful sounds of acoustic guitar by David Jerome. What a great afternoon!
